Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier will be selected based on your location and shipping method chosen.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status at any time by:
- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting our Track Order page
- Contacting our customer service team
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS or FedEx.
6. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders to these addresses are shipped via USPS and typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
That Cove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery details with the carrier. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and contacting your local authorities.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's government.
