Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. The return period starts from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@familyroots.shop with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for your return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely and include all original materials
  5. Ship the item to the address provided

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@familyroots.shop.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • Do not discard the item or packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank
